Am I or am I

I like to believe
I'm brilliant at
everything I do.
On most occasions
I do believe I'm
brilliant at what
I do. But when that's
the opposite of true,
that's when I really
like to believe I'm
brilliant at everything
I do; sometimes I
succeed, sometimes
I fail. But it doesn't
matter because even
when it bails, the
belief

leaves
a trail.
